Requirements

• Strong GDS Knowledge: Confidence in Amadeus, Galileo/Travelport, and Sabre.
• Practical Experience: Real-life working knowledge of airfare and ticketing, including:
  • Understanding penalties and tax changes
  • Cabin upgrades/downgrades
  • Rerouting on the same airline
  • Basic fare rule checks
  • Avoiding ADM-risk mistakes

Key Responsibilities

• Price itineraries and issue tickets.
• Handle reissues, date changes, and reroutes.
• Process refunds and issue/refund EMDs.
• Manage queues and resolve PNR issues.
• Senior Leadership: Support and guide junior staff, check accuracy, teach GDS best practices, and maintain high standards.
