Requirements

• Strong GDS Knowledge: Confidence in Amadeus, Galileo / Travelport, and Sabre.
• Practical Airfare & Ticketing Experience: Real-life working knowledge of penalties, tax changes, cabin upgrades/downgrades, rerouting, fare rule checks, and avoiding ADM-risk mistakes.

Key Responsibilities

• Price itineraries and issue tickets.
• Handle reissues, date changes, and reroutes.
• Process refunds and issue/refund EMDs.
• Manage queues and resolve PNR issues.
• Senior Leadership: Support and guide junior staff, check accuracy, teach GDS best practices, and maintain high standards.
