Senior Executive - Technical

Role Summary

The Senior Executive — Technical provides technical support to ensure timely delivery of orders in line with customer requirements, mitigates production risks through effective solutions across pre-production and production to achieve RFT, OTD, and quality targets, while ensuring full compliance with organizational Health & Safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Give technical guidance in pre-production and new style evaluations
• Identify risks early to prevent production issues
• Oversee daily plans and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve line issues quickly
• Drive performance through clear goals, engagement, and development

Requirements/Qualifications

• A Diploma in Textile/ Clothing Management / Technology in Certification in Clothing Technology
• 2 - 4+ years of experience in technical function
