Management Trainee - Marino Leisure Holdings (Pvt) Ltd

Role Summary

Marino Leisure is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with the potential to become future leaders for our upcoming hotel in Nuwara Eliya. Selected candidates will undergo training at Hotel Marino Beach - Colombo. Upon successful completion, individuals will be placed as Lobby Managers, Restaurant Managers, or Assistant Housekeepers.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Males under 30 years of age.
• Degree/diploma or professional qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in English with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ambitious character with effective team management capability.
• Attention to detail with sound analytical skills.

Salary/Benefits

Total earnings during the training period: Rs. 100,000 per month. Attractive remuneration packages offered upon placement.
