Assistant Manager/ Manager - Lean and Process Excellence

Job Profile

• Take full ownership of lean initiatives, leading the charge across both the hospital and laboratory teams.
• Develop a comprehensive execution plan in line with the lean master plan of the organization, to install a lean culture in both hospitals and laboratory chain.
• Play a crucial role in driving the ongoing 5S implementation and aggressively promoting standardized work environment to enhance productivity.
• Develop a strong plan to establish a continuous improvement culture.
• Establish a "Lean Learning Organization Culture" by qualifying internal process owners and process leaders to drive the lean journey.

Candidate Profile

• Degree/ Diploma from a recognized university in Engineering, Chemistry, Production Management or a professional qualification in Finance or Business Administration.
• Lean Black Belt certification.
• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience with exposure to Lean methodologies in the service industry.
• A benchmark driven personality with the ability to embrace and promote a Lean culture across the organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• A self motivated, energetic individual with strong interpersonal, brand building and leadership skills, committed to driving improvement-focused initiatives.
