Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A professional qualification in Learning & Development or HR, such as CIPD, SHRM, or an equivalent credential, would be an added advantage.
Work Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, HR Technology and LMS administration.
- Experience creating and managing digital learning content is preferred.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead LMS implementation and enhancement activities by coordinating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Monitor LMS performance, functionality, and user adoption, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create, upload, organize, and maintain learning content within the LMS and other approved learning platforms.
- Develop and maintain course structures, learning paths, and certification programs.
- Support the development of learning roadmaps for departments and job roles.
- Configure and administer training modules, assessments, learning paths, certifications, learner profiles, permissions, and enrollments, while supporting employee self-enrollment and self-directed learning.
- Plan and conduct internal and external training workshops, and development activities, including venues, facilitators, materials, registrations, attendance, and participant communication.
