Role Summary

We are hiring motivated and results-oriented professionals to join our client's Leasing Marketing team. Candidates will be recruited at the Executive, Senior Executive, or Assistant Manager level based on their experience and qualifications.

Location

Multiple Locations Across Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities

• Drive leasing and lending business growth by achieving assigned sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high customer service standards while supporting branch operations and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a professional qualification in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Banking, Finance, Leasing, or a related industry:
  • Executive: 1–2 years
  • Senior Executive: 2–3 years
  • Assistant Manager: 3–5 years
• Good knowledge of leasing/lending products, business development, and credit evaluation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with good MS Office proficiency.
• A valid riding or driving licence will be an added advantage.
