Role Profile
- Assist in legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Support drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate case files, maintain legal records, and manage documentation efficiently.
- Assist in compliance checks and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in legal projects with a focus on risk management, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Support communication with internal departments and external legal stakeholders.
- Share ideas for continuous improvement in legal processes and documentation practices.
Personal Profile
- Final Year Undergraduate / Fresh Graduate in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft and review legal documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic legal research tools.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
