Job Functions

• Effectively execute branch / region / zone sales and services target to deliver predetermined goals and objectives by promoting all the insurance products of the company
• Sustain profitability and growth by achieving individual and team targets
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Providing support for company's marketing initiatives
• Understand existing market trends and make suggestions towards insurance product development
• Supervise branch / region / zone administration and guarantee that all internal controls, procedures, guidelines and management instructions are strictly adhered to.
