KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse clients' financial information including income, liabilities, assets, living expenses, taxation records and credit history.
• Assess borrowing capacity in accordance with lender policies and responsible lending obligations.
• Evaluate serviceability using lender calculators and financial modelling tools.
• Identify potential lending risks and recommend suitable lending solutions.
• Assess credit reports and identify adverse credit events.
• Work closely with Mortgage Brokers to structure loan applications.
• Recommend suitable lenders based on client profiles and lending policies.
• Ensure applications meet lender and compliance requirements before submission.
• Liaise with banks, lenders, solicitors, valuers and settlement agents.
• Resolve lender queries and provide additional supporting documentation promptly.
• Verify supporting documentation for completeness and authenticity.
• Monitor policy changes across lenders.
• Identify fraud indicators and escalate concerns where appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Loan Processor/Credit Analyst is highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in banking, lending, finance, or other financial institutions are encouraged to apply.
• Sound understanding of credit assessment and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Age below 30.
