Medical Officers
Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate and continuous care to critically ill patients.
- Assist Consultants and Specialists in patient management and critical care protocols.
- Monitor and manage patients on life-support systems and advanced monitoring equipment.
- Perform and assist in emergency procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families and multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent qualified Medical Officers with valid full Registration of Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) for practicing as Medical Officers.
- Prior experience in ICU, Neonatal ICU, ETU, Pediatric Obstetrics & Gynecology, or High Dependency Units will be an added advantage.
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night duties.
