Responsibilities
- Manage the order inflow and processing of incoming customer orders.
- Acknowledge and process orders.
- Review order details including shipping and demurrage information.
- Identify and manage missing or conflicting information.
- Complete and accurate documentation in PortPro.
- Handle booking, vessel details, LDF, documentation, and equipment details.
- Plan the appropriate movement of each container, including pickup/return, shipping, and demurrage.
- Monitor container status, customer profiles, documentation, and rates within PortPro.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 2+ years of logistics/transportation experience.
- Knowledge of shipping and demurrage terminology.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-volume tasks.
