Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor transport schedules.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, management, and external stakeholders.
• Handle transport-related issues, incidents, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Previous experience in Transport & Logistic coordination or Fleet management is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documentation.
• Good communication skills with a pleasant attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of vehicle operations and transport compliance.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis as per a roster.
