Logistics Executive (Available Support Representative | Dispatcher)

Role Summary

The availability support representative is responsible for terminal bookings for the last leg delivery to the USA and provides operational support to the internal USA transportation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm exceptions pending report and follow up when necessary.
• Track all full containers from Sea status to Arriving at DC.
• Review terminal status for freight and customs clearance.
• Create and manage terminal appointments for containers.
• Dispatch drivers to move containers.
• Ensure system and customers are updated on container status.
• Communicate with terminals and truckers to resolve any unforeseen issues.
• Audit arrival notices for accuracy.
• Report to and complete tasks delegated from the Drayage Manager.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 2 years international transportation experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Organizational Skills.
• Strong Communication, Numerical, Analytical, and Interpersonal Skills.
• Computer Literacy (Proficient in Excel).

Location/Working Conditions

You are required to work remotely on USA hours and must be flexible with your working hours.
