The Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all import and export logistics activities across sea freight, air freight, land transportation, and courier services. The role ensures the efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods while maintaining compliance with local and international trade regulations. The Logistics Executive will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, customers, and internal departments to support smooth logistics operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage all import and export shipments via sea, air, land, and courier services.
• Age Between 30 - 35
• Classify and manage export shipments of Dangerous Goods (DG) and Non-Dangerous Goods (Non-DG) in compliance with IMDG (sea), IATA DGR (air), and ADR (road) regulations, including preparation of Dangerous Goods Declarations (DGD), SDS/MSDS coordination, and correct labelling and packaging.
• Manage trade finance documentation for export shipments, including Letters of Credit (LC – Sight and Usance), Documentary Collections (D/P and D/A), and ensure timely, accurate presentation of shipping documents to banks in compliance with UCP 600 terms.
• Apply appropriate Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP, etc.) in coordination with the commercial team, ensuring logistics planning, cost allocation, and documentation are aligned with agreed terms of sale.
• Manage cross-trade (third-country) shipments where goods are moved directly from the original supplier to the end buyer without transiting the company's home country, coordinating multi-party documentation, freight, and trade compliance across all legs of the shipment.
• Monitor and apply destination-country customs requirements for export markets, including tari; classifications, import duty structures, restricted/prohibited goods lists, and country-specific documentation requirements to ensure smooth customs clearance at destination.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
• Previous experience or exposure to the ink, coatings, printing, chemical, or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) export regulations including IMDG, IATA DGR, and ADR, and understanding of the operational, documentation, and costs implications of DG vs. Non-DG classification on export shipments.
• Familiarity with bank trade finance instruments applicable to exports, including Letters of Credit (Sight and Usance LC), Documentary Collections (D/P and D/A), and the timely submission of compliant document sets under UCP 600.
• Working knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and the ability to plan and execute logistics operations in line with the agreed terms of trade, including understanding of risk transfer, freight cost responsibility, and insurance obligations under each term.
• Experience in or exposure to cross-trade (triangular trade) logistics, including coordination of multi-party shipments between third countries, documentation flow management, and compliance with applicable export control and sanctions requirements.
