Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to oversee all logistics functions, including warehouse management, fleet operations, and transportation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and operational management skills to ensure smooth operational flow, efficient warehouse processes, and effective cost control.

Bandaragama | Millaniya (Transport provided via specific routes)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Finished Goods.
• Ensure efficient warehouse processes, including inventory control, storage, and material handling.
• Manage daily dispatch and transportation schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers and distributors.
• Monitor fleet operations, vehicle utilization, and transportation costs.
• Manage interactions with relevant parties to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Maintain proper logistics records, delivery documentation, and reporting systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in the Manufacturing or Food & Beverage industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of delivery operations, fleet management, and inventory coordination.
