Role Summary

Engineering Assistant (Packing / Frying Machines)

Requirements

• Age below 35 years.
• Trained and untrained candidates can apply.
• Male candidates only.
• NVQ Level 3 or NVQ Level 4 qualification in a relevant technical or engineering field.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an added qualification.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and compressor systems is an added qualification.
• Ability to operate production and packing machinery.
• Ability to maintain machinery according to food safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to monitor machine operations and propose improvements for efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Frying and Packing machinery.
• Monitoring production processes to maintain quality standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the workplace.
• Inspecting machinery and reporting faults or defects.
• Following company safety procedures and production targets.
