JOB PROFILE
- Design practical solutions and prepare offers while maintaining accurate technical records.
- Visit project sites to assess conditions and identify project requirements.
- Obtain quotations from subcontractors and local suppliers; prepare estimates, quotations, and tenders.
- Prepare drawings and project schedules and coordinate with contractors, clients, architects, and consultants.
- Attend site meetings and support project planning and programming activities.
- Supervise subcontractors and staff, ensuring compliance with company safety policies and regulations.
- Complete work efficiently within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Maintain high standards of honesty, ethics, and professional conduct.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while upholding company values and reputation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in elevator and escalator installation and maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Creative, proactive, and dynamic approach to work.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
