Sales Executive - Maintenance

Role Summary

SITREK Technologies is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team due to rapid company expansion.

Colombo

Key Responsibilities

• Find new customers for maintenance services.
• Visit customers and promote maintenance contracts.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare basic sales reports and update customer records.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Gender: Male
• Age Range: 22 - 40
• G.C.E. Ordinary Level or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma or professional qualification in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales (maintenance, engineering, HVAC, or technical services preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
