Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and technically competent professional with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to join our team and take on the responsibilities of the above position.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to machine breakdowns promptly and carry out necessary repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Undertake repairs, servicing, installation, in-house modifications, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and other technical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and other technical issues.
• Assist with the installation, commissioning, modification, and relocation of machinery and equipment.
• Carry out general technical and maintenance work within the factory as required.
• Maintain proper breakdown attendance records, maintenance logs, and service records.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and properly.
• Perform any other technical and maintenance-related duties assigned by management.

Key Qualifications

• NVQ or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment.
• Strong experience in attending to machine breakdowns and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance is essential.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Male candidate below 35 years of age.
