Maintenance Technician

This position should have extensive knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, the ability to work well under pressure, and demonstrate high-level problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have completed a full-time trade apprenticeship in Mechanical or Machinist, with an NVQ Level 3 or 4 qualification.
- An ability to work shift duty.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant technical knowledge and Problem-solving skills.
- An ability to work well under pressure & Teamworking skills.
- Age below 35 years old.
- Preference will be given to those who reside near Bandaragama area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain injection molding machines, mold, and mold tools to required standards.
- Installing and commissioning new machines.
- Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.
- Follow up and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
- Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults & repairing equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation of engineering staff.
- Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly.
