Requirements
- G.C.E. O/L & A/L
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good command of English and Sinhala
- 1–3 years' experience in Operations, Administration, or Logistics
- Branch or team coordination experience is an advantage
Main Duties
- Coordinate staff, customers, and suppliers
- Monitor attendance, work, and productivity
- Maintain reports and documents
- Handle customer issues
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Follow company policies and SOPs
