Sales Executive - Renewal & Managed Service

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee service and product renewals to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all SLAs (Service Level Agreements), AMC (Annual maintenance contract) and Agreements are met and adhered to.
• Create and present detailed performance reports on renewal activities weekly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth renewal processes.
• Achieve Monthly / Yearly Targets.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A/L, Diploma in Computer IT, Full or Partially qualified SLIM/CIM.
• Age Below 25 years.
• 1-2 years working Experience in similar position.
• Pleasing & Outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
