Management Assistant (Quality Control) / Production Assistant

Role Summary

State Pharmaceuticals Corporation of Sri Lanka is seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Management Assistant (Quality Control Assistant) and Production Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as required by the respective departments within the State Pharmaceuticals Corporation.
• Candidates must be physically and mentally fit to discharge duties and serve in any part of the Island.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Management Assistant (Quality Control): G.C.E. (A/L) in Science with a credit pass in Chemistry AND a University degree with Chemistry as a major subject OR G.C.E. (A/L) in Science with a credit pass in Chemistry AND a Completed Graduateship Programme in Chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry Ceylon.
• Production Assistant: G.C.E. (O/L) with 6 subjects (4 credits including Sinhala/Tamil, English, Mathematics) AND G.C.E. (A/L) with Chemistry OR 3 years post-qualifying experience in production work.
• Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka, aged between 18 and 45 years.
