Role Summary
People's Bank is seeking a talented and dynamic individual for the position of Manager - ESG Unit to support the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Bank's ESG framework.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Bank's ESG strategy.
- Coordinate ESG initiatives across departments.
- Monitor environmental impact and governance practices.
- Lead the preparation of ESG disclosures and sustainability reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external ESG engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Accounting, Law, or Social Science.
- Certificate or diploma in ESG/Sustainability from a recognized professional body.
- Minimum 1-5 years of post-degree experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate governance, or risk management.
- Age 45 years or below.
