We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in finishing & warehouse management. The ideal candidate should be energetic, a team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Role & Responsibility
- Overseeing the packing process, based on given shipment plans.
- Monitoring the packing/finishing processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- To provide a variety of high-quality packaged products in their right quantities and at the right time as required by planning departments.
- Maintain stock accuracy 100%, liaise with finance department on mid-year and end year stock counting.
- Achieve 100% weekly shipment plan.
- Monitoring packing standards adhering to quality assurance procedures.
- Reviewing the performance of team members in the department and identifying any training need is needed.
- Working with Human Resources & Administration to ensure that the packing & warehouse section is manned with competent and well-motivated staff.
- Control and monitor departmental employee absenteeism and turnover, (monthly/yearly absenteeism 5% and LTO 5%).
- Reconciling MPO/CPO upon completion on shipments.
- Achieve cut vs Ship ratio.
- Data on systems (AX or SAP) should be tallied with physical stock.
- Fully focusing on all Lean, Continuous Improvement & 6S processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in the Apparel industry.
- Computer literacy - Knowledge in Microsoft office package.
- Presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read write and communicating English language.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
