Manager (Learning & Development | Straddle Shift)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager - Learning & Development to lead learning and capability development initiatives across the organization. This role will drive workforce readiness, strengthen employee capabilities, and align learning strategies with business objectives to build high-performing teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and execute learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce requirements.
- Lead onboarding, role readiness, behavioral, and soft-skills training programs to support employee performance and success.
- Implement structured learning frameworks, early-tenure support, and retention-focused initiatives for new joiners.
- Introduce innovative learning methodologies and technology-enabled training solutions to enhance learning experiences.
- Partner with Operations and HR to identify skill gaps and implement targeted upskilling and performance improvement programs.
- Oversee CPD initiatives, career development pathways, and leadership development programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness through dashboards, analytics, audits, and performance metrics to measure business impact.
- Lead training operations, trainer capability development, and standardization of training delivery across programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10-12 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development.
- Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience managing L&D teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong expertise in learning strategy, onboarding, capability development, and performance improvement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to interpret learning data, measure outcomes, and deliver actionable, business-focused insights.
- Open to work according to standard U.S. hours and calendar (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM SLT).
