Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Manager - Business Development in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and project leads to achieve monthly targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
• Manage the company's social media accounts and digital presence
• Coordinate with media agencies for promotions, campaigns & branding

Requirements

• Age below 35 years
• Degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in business development (construction industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English & Sinhala)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good understanding of the construction sector and tendering process
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
