Role: Customer Marketing Manager
Role Summary
Swadeshi Industrial Works PLC is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Customer Marketing Manager to strengthen the presence of our trusted personal-care brands across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer and channel specific marketing plans.
- Create impactful trade promotions and shopper campaigns.
- Improve product visibility and in store execution.
- Work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing and key customers.
- Analyze customer performance, market trends and competitor activity.
- Manage promotional budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Drive distribution, sales growth and market share.
Ideal Candidate
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in customer, shopper or trade marketing-preferably within FMCG.
- Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Creative, energetic and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
