Inventory Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment activities for PDC warehouses and branch operations.
• Optimize inventory levels by analyzing demand patterns, stock movements, supplier lead times, and replenishment cycles.
• Manage local procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of spare parts for business operations and new product launches.
• Drive inventory optimization initiatives, reduce excess and slow-moving stock, and improve overall inventory turnover.
• Coordinate closely with branches, OEM suppliers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted parts availability.
• Monitor inventory performance through KPI dashboards, management reports, and analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the Inventory & Material Management team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Logistics will be an added advantage.
• 5–7 years of experience in inventory planning, material management, or supply chain operations.
• Previous experience in the automotive spare parts industry or a similar distribution environment is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
