Maintenance Manager

Lead a maintenance team to maximize equipment reliability, optimize maintenance and energy costs, and drive continuous improvement to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent.
- Preferably 4 - 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or mechatronics.
- Proficiency in Engineering Software such as Solid Works & AutoCAD.
- Experience with maintenance planning, CMMS (SAP PM preferred).
- Experience in condition-based maintenance techniques, including thermography, vibration analysis, ultrasound analysis, and other predictive maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering tools such as RCA, FMEA, and Pareto Analysis.
- Experience in lubrication management and driving maintenance KPI improvements (MTBF, MTTR).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
