Network Maintenance Manager

Role Summary

OKI International School Network is seeking a well-qualified Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring the school's infrastructure and facilities are well-maintained and fully functional. This role involves forecasting, planning, organizing and directing maintenance activities, managing staff, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders regarding school events and daily operations across the network.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in facility and maintenance management.
• Education: Diploma in maintenance management or a relevant field.
• Age: Applicant should be over 35 years.
• Skills: Proficiency in managing labour and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Location: Residents near the Wattala area are preferable.
