Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Ensure guests receive a warm, personalized, and high-quality experience.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, appearance, and maintenance throughout the property.
• Lead, train, guide, and manage the property team effectively.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, stock, and operational costs to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and comply with health, safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior hospitality leadership role (preferably in boutique hotel)
• Qualification in Hospitality / Tourism / Business Management.
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation.
• Good financial and operational management skills.
• Ability to manage multi-department operations in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with PMS and reporting systems.
