Manager, Sales & Marketing (Sea Freight)

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and target-oriented professional to join our team as Manager – Sales & Marketing (Sea Freight) and lead the growth of our Sea Freight business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for the Sea Freight division.
• Identify and acquire new customers, importers, exporters and corporate accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop long-term business partnerships.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle and promote FCL & LCL Import and Export Sea Freight services.
• Prepare, negotiate and provide competitive freight quotations to customers.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, overseas agents and other service providers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and secure profitable business for the company.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sea Freight Sales / Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of FCL, LCL, Import & Export Sea Freight operations.
• Good knowledge of shipping lines, freight rates, overseas agents and market practices.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong customer network and industry contacts will be an added advantage.
