Role Summary
Technical and R&D management role within the Water & Wastewater Solutions division of Hayleys Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in the design, troubleshooting, and desalination of Water and Wastewater systems.
- Develop processes using advanced technologies and engineering deliverables for Build projects.
- Lead technical consultancy assignments including feasibility studies, process audits, and plant performance evaluations.
- Drive research and development, including pilot studies and laboratory evaluations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Business Development, Trending, Projects, and Operations teams.
- Mentor and develop team members through technical knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, design standards, and engineering best practices.
- Excellent written, technical, and communication skills in English.
