Role Summary

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing processes, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards in the fabrication and modification of aluminium products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with production planning to ensure timely order completion.
• Monitor workflow across cutting, CNC machining, welding, assembly, finishing, and packing operations.
• Allocate manpower, machines, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure maximum machine utilization and minimize downtime.
• Monitor production output and identify bottlenecks affecting productivity.
• Ensure products comply with engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• NVQ 4 or above academic qualification.
• Proven experience of more than one year in aluminum fabrication and modification processes, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes, CNC machining operations cutting, drilling, punching, and milling.
