Role Summary

We are a sterile Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company looking for a young energetic individual with pristine qualifications and experience to take the lead in the position of Production Operator. The project is at the development stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation of Autoclave, vial filling machine, ampoule filling machine, sealing m/c, vial washing and Depyrogenation and ampule washing and tunnel.
• Clean and operate mixing and holding vessels, as well as CIP-SIP modules.
• Handling and operating the machine/equipment/ area independently.
• Maintain change part of machine and equipment and record maintain.
• Preparation and filtration disinfectant solutions and follow clean area, aseptic area practices.
• Document daily activities and ensure timely equipment qualification, calibration, and validation of equipment.
• Participate in equipment qualification processes and execute qualification tasks.
• Execute batch manufacturing and preparation-related activities as instructed by the supervisor.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials, as well as compliance with safety procedures.
• Follow SOPs and escalate any workplace hazards or incidents to supervisors and the EHS department.
• Provide support to senior staff as needed and ensure compliance with cGMP and other relevant regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related field.
• Minimum 02 years of hands-on experience in vial and ampoule filling, sealing, washing and Depyrogenation, autoclave, MFG/Holding and filtration activities.
• Knowledge of cGMP and cleanroom practices.
• Expert and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in injectable formulation experience.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Basic Computer skill.
