Position: Production Executive

Overview

We seek to employ motivated persons to join our Production and Plant Management team. The ideal candidates should be persons aspiring to become qualified and dependable Assistants initially after a short period of training and orientation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of our 100% export-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules and plans to achieve production and high-quality standards.
• Oversee all aspects of incentivized production and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and monitoring of production and achievement of quality level thresholds.
• Analyze Productivity achievements trends and operator behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage the productivity budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Track and report on the performance of incentivized productivity initiatives, using data-driven insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of subordinate supervisory grades and team leaders.

Qualifications

• A Degree, Diploma or equivalent in Production/Manufacturing or in related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital methods and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with ideally a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Analytical and a Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
