Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and organized Production Executive to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in our food production facility.

Location

Bandaragama | Millaniya (Transport provided via specific routes)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily production schedules to meet targets.
• Supervise floor operations to ensure maximum productivity and minimal wastage.
• Monitor product quality at every stage to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Manage and lead the production team, ensuring a safe and disciplined work environment.
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and efficiency reports.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
• Experience in the Food and Beverage Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000) and ERP systems.
