Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

Role Summary

RMP Coconut Products (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Production Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily production operations to meet company targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage production labour effectively and drive productivity.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Age below 50 years.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years’ supervisory experience in managing production floors or manufacturing lines, preferably in the food sector.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma in Agriculture, Manufacturing Management, or a related field preferable.
• Computer literacy would be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage and coordinate production labour efficiently.
• Open to both ladies and gents.
