Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and oversee all production activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Ensure production targets are met with high quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules and workflows.
• Monitor and optimize production processes, equipment performance and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, health and safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead, motivate and develop the production team to drive performance and accountability.
• Manage inventory, raw materials and coordinate with supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Has strong knowledge and experience in coconut based products manufacturing.
• Possesses excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Has good understanding of production planning, quality control and process improvement.
• Is analytical, result oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.
