Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure quality, timely & efficient production.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and quality.
• Implement methodologies to reduce downtime and cost.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare & present regular performance reports to the Senior Management.
• Ensure a safe workplace with all compliance, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Related degree or Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure, preferably in the furniture industry (Candidates with lesser experience but with extensive furniture industry exposure will also be considered).
• Proven ability to lead & inspire a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
