Mandatory Requirement
Proven hands-on experience in Babywear / Infant Apparel Manufacturing is essential.
Production Manager
Experience: Min. 3 to 6 Years in Apparel Management
- WS, IE & Lean Focus: Expertise in Work Study (WS), Industrial Engineering (IE), and Lean Manufacturing exposure to minimize wastage and maximize line productivity.
- Scheduling & Capacity: Plan, implement, and control production schedules; make decisions on capacity utilization, material, machinery, and employee carder rationalization.
- Line Balancing & Targets: Ensure effective line balancing, line setting, and continuous target achievement on babywear manufacturing lines.
- Leadership & KPIs: Up-skill workforce, maintain positive employee relations, and collaborate with operations teams to achieve organizational KPIs.
Production Executive
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead line operations with 75 or more Machine Operators.
- Skilled in daily output tracking, line setting, bottleneck identification, and workflow optimization.
- Strong supervisor mentoring and team-building capabilities on the production floor.
Production Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
- Hands-on shop-floor supervision and real-time operator guidance on babywear production lines.
- Ensuring high quality at needle point, maintaining hourly production targets, and minimizing re-work.
- Enforcing shop-floor discipline, safety protocols, and smooth line flow.
Packing Executive
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
- Comprehensive background in export apparel packing, finishing, and packaging workflows.
- Strong knowledge of buyer packing specs, barcode accuracy, AQL audit standards, and carton inspection.
- Effective coordination with Production, QA, and Logistics to ensure on-time, defect-free shipments.
General Qualifications & Expectations
- Degree or Diploma in Production / Manufacturing, Clothing Technology, or equivalent qualification (SLITA/NIBM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and rational decision-making skills.
