Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement the production plan
• Work to improve more efficiency in production
• Daily meetings with the subordinate to achieve organizational goals
• Guide the factory into lean manufacturing practices
• Solve problems then and there to achieve smooth productivity
• Attend the related state sector public meetings

Requirements

• Candidates with experience in manager field
• Strong leadership & team management abilities
• Age limit 35 years and above
