Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and support to production employees.
• Ensuring the production team is briefed and aligned with organizational cultural and performance goals.
• Coordinating with planning, stores, supply chain, maintenance, engineering, IT, and employee services teams to facilitate smooth process flow.
• Gathering and analyzing production process data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Initiating implementations for improvements in machinery, processes, and techniques.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in the production field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Effective decision-making and analytical skills.
