Production Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Production Engineer to oversee operations and maintenance activities of our can manufacturing machines. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations of the manufacturing process.
• Monitor machines performance to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are achieved.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations.
• People handling, train machine operators and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or NDT in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized/reputed university.
• More than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in machine operation and maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
