Role Summary

We are a sterile Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company looking for a young energetic individual with pristine qualifications and experience to take the lead as a Production Officer. The project is at the development stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform unit operations including bulk manufacturing, compounding, filling, filtration, and packing.
• Maintain GMP and safety procedures in the manufacturing area.
• Execute production batches and maintain batch production records (BMR/BPR).
• Ensure timely qualification, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor production sections and escalate incidents or deviations.
• Participate in equipment qualification and handle corrective actions.
• Prepare and revise BMRs, BPRs, and SOPs to ensure safety compliance.
• Support Environment Health & Safety (EH&S) policies and maintain cGMP compliance.
• Assist Unit Head with EH&S objectives and inventory control.
• Assess production requirements and adjust schedules for timely delivery.
• Participate in the execution of IQ, OQ, and PQ for machines and instruments.
• Manage finished goods packaging, dispatch, and related documentation.
• Train subordinates and housekeeping personnel on GMP and safety standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

• B. Pharma / M. Pharma / B.Sc. (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sterile injectable manufacturing (vials, ampoules).
• Experience supervising production operations (filling, capping, labeling, packing).
• Hands-on experience in filling, capping, labeling, and packing operations.
• High level of computer literacy including MS Office Packages.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
