Production Supervisor

Role Summary

Farmchemie Manufacturers (Pvt) Ltd is a leading manufacturer, exporter, importer, and supplier of premium quality veterinary health products. We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and self-motivated candidate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to achieve planned output.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Monitor machine and process performance, promptly addressing deviations and operational issues.
• Lead and guide shift staff to maintain productivity and discipline.
• Coordinate closely with Maintenance, QA, and Warehouse teams to meet production KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to production activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production supervisory role (manufacturing/industrial environment preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
