Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of worker's discipline.
• Support production scheduling.
• Ensure production goals are met on time and within budget.
• Support planning and execution of daily production.
• Monitor sample quality in ongoing production.
• Motivate and guide worker-level staff to achieve daily targets.
• Manage resources per order.
• Provide details and documents requested by the main office on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a production supervisor.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Age limit: 35 years and above.
