Role Summary

PepperCube Consultants is a boutique market research agency based in Colombo, working with a diverse set of local and global brands. We are looking for self-motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and managing multiple projects
• Getting involved in statistical reviews and data analysis
• Cultivating relationships with internal/external clients
• Delivering insightful presentations

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience: 0 – 2 years of relevant research experience for Research Associate/Executive level; 3 – 5+ years for Senior Research Executive and Manager level.
• Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Attributes: Go-getter with a positive attitude.
• Education: A professional qualification in Marketing will be preferred.
